Etats-Unis : un adolescent ouvre le feu et blesse trois personnes à Times Square à New York
A teenager opened fire and injured three people near Times Square before being arrested, a New York police spokesman said Saturday.
The injured, aged between 19 and 65, were hospitalized in stable condition. The incident occurred around 1:20 a.m. (5:20 a.m. GMT), she said.
The shooting was preceded by a verbal altercation, according to the spokesperson.
"The attacker was arrested and a firearm was seized," she said.
Images showing a panicked crowd were shared on social media, although AFP was not immediately able to confirm their authenticity.
In late July, a man armed with an assault rifle shot dead four people before killing himself in a New York skyscraper.
