The announcement of the call between the Russian and American leaders came shortly after Moscow accused Kyiv. Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov claimed that Ukraine had launched a "terrorist attack using 91 drones" overnight Sunday to Monday, targeting Vladimir Putin's residence in the Novgorod region of western Russia.
