Following TikTok, Facebook and X, 16 other sites could be affected by a ban for those under 16 in Australia, the national regulator warned on Wednesday, calling on these platforms, including WhatsApp and Twitch, to present their arguments.

The eSafety Commission may impose fines of up to nearly €28 million (AUD 49.5 million) on offending companies.
