Des frappes israéliennes font au moins 22 morts au Liban
The IDF has carried out new strikes in Lebanon, which have left at least twenty-two victims, while the human toll of Israeli operations over the past three months is approaching 3,000 dead.
The Israeli army intensified its strikes in Lebanon on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, killing at least 22 people according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, despite the truce in place since April 17.
These strikes, on more than 30 separate locations according to the National News Agency (NNA, official), come as Lebanon and Israel, which do not maintain diplomatic relations, are due to begin a new round of talks in Washington on Thursday under the auspices of the United States, despite the opposition of the pro-Iranian movement Hezbollah.
Eight people, including two children, were killed in strikes that targeted three cars about 20 kilometers south of Beirut, according to the Ministry of Health.
Two cars were targeted on the extremely busy highway that links Beirut to the south of the country and a third was targeted on a road in the same area, according to ANI and photographers from Agence France-Presse (AFP).
