Kanye West traîné en justice par un de ses ex-employés : Il lui réclame…
In the United States, the famous rapper Kanye West is facing a lawsuit from one of his former employees. The employee, known as Jonathan Monroe, is seeking nearly one million dollars from the artist for unpaid wages and other damages.
In her complaint, Ms. Monroe claims to have worked for Kanye West as a full-time security guard during 2021. She alleges that the rapper failed to pay her full wages and overtime.
Kanye West had already been ordered to pay $140,000 to a former employee
He is claiming approximately $850,000 from Kim Kardashian's ex-husband, including $7,725 for unpaid overtime, $37,620 for lost wages, $500,000 for lost income, $100,000 for physical and emotional suffering, and an additional $100,000 in punitive damages.
According to TMZ, which reported the information, Kanye West had already been ordered to pay $140,000 to Tony Saxon, another former employee.
Jonathan Monroe's lawsuit comes at a rather difficult time for the artist. London's Wireless festival recently cancelled his concert after sponsors withdrew from the event due to his headlining appearance. The British government has also banned him from entering the country.
