L’aéroport de Munich à nouveau fermé après le signalement de drones
Munich Airport in southern Germany was forced to close again Friday evening after a shutdown that led to the cancellation of more than 30 flights. The airport reported "unconfirmed drone sightings" on its official website.
Munich airport closed for the second consecutive night on Friday after a new drone alert, with Berlin denouncing the "threat" they pose to the country's security.
These types of incidents are increasing in Europe, with EU members suspecting Russia of being behind these overflights of sensitive sites.
Following an initial incident the previous night, German Aviation Safety (DFS) on Friday evening again "preventively reduced and suspended flight operations at Munich Airport until further notice due to unconfirmed drone sightings" at this stage, the Bavarian airport said on its website.
