Patrick Bruel mis en examen pour viols : « C’est que le début... » assure Dieudonné
French singer Patrick Bruel is in serious trouble. The performer of "Mon amant de Saint-Jean" is the subject of multiple complaints alleging rape, attempted rape, assault, and sexual harassment. He has already been formally charged in connection with these alleged offenses, which reportedly took place between 1991 and 2019.
"They're all going to fall one by one. And that's normal because there's a relationship with the woman..."
Recently invited to the digital media outlet "Oui Hustle", comedian Dieudonné stated that he was not surprised by the singer's troubles with the French justice system.
“Everything that’s going on around Les Enfoirés has disgusted me. The whole atmosphere, Bruel…Arthur, I understood right away…And seeing them fall, this is just the beginning. They’re all going to fall one by one. And that’s normal because there’s a relationship with women that isn’t normal,” the controversial comedian declared.
"Because they enjoy an image and a position, they abuse it."
In his view, these aforementioned people "do not respect women".
"These are people who are in this dimension of all power. And because they enjoy an image, a position, they abuse it," accuses the Franco-Cameroonian, surprised to see Patrick Bruel still at large.
“The fact that Bruel is not incarcerated today raises questions. Whereas (Tariq) Ramadan was immediately incarcerated, even though his case was much less serious. Knowing him, Tariq fell into a trap, and today, seeing the double standard is incredible, it’s mind-boggling,” said Dieudonné.
