Tensions régionales : Washington ordonne l’évacuation de son personnel non essentiel en Israël
The U.S. State Department, the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem announced Friday, has authorized non-essential personnel at its embassy in Israel to leave the country due to "risks to their safety" amid regional military tensions. On the social media platform X, the embassy also advised some of its citizens to "leave" the country "while commercial flights are available."
"In response to security incidents and without prior notice, the U.S. Embassy may further restrict or prohibit U.S. government employees and their family members from traveling to certain areas of Israel, the Old City of Jerusalem, and the West Bank. Affected individuals are advised to consider leaving Israel while commercial flights are available," the embassy stated.
