« Ridiculiser, n’est pas le rôle d’un président » : Les reproches de Kamala Harris à Donald Trump

Soundly defeated by Trump in the November 2024 US presidential election, Kamala Harris has visibly recovered from her defeat. She made a public appearance yesterday, Tuesday, September 23, on the talk show "The View."

The politician spoke about her new book, "107 Days," and her defeat in the last presidential election.

Kamala also discussed Donald Trump's attitude, which she said was not presidential.

“This individual who currently occupies our White House has decided that he will be an emperor…”

Indeed, according to the former Vice President of the United States, there is a striking contrast between Trump's behavior and that of his predecessors, particularly in the Oval Office.

"We've seen Donald Trump bring people into the Oval Office, whether it's a governor of the United States or the head of state of a friendly country, to embarrass them, ridicule them, and belittle them. That's not the role of a president," the former California attorney general blasted.

For her, Donald Trump suffers from emperor syndrome. "This individual who currently occupies our White House decided he would be an emperor who would demonstrate his power by belittling and making people feel small," the former candidate charged.

Further, she accuses the Republican billionaire of "destroying" the "government, institutions, principles and values on which" the country is founded.
