USA : Incendie dans le métro du Capitole
A fire broke out yesterday, Thursday, November 20, on the Capitol subway line in the United States, connecting Rayburn's office to the House of Representatives. Two police officers, slightly injured, were taken to the hospital following the incident. No passengers were injured.
Images circulating on social media show a tunnel filled with smoke, with a stopped subway train that was slightly burning at the level of the power line.
"Small fire of electrical origin"
Firefighters in Washington DC responded quickly to extinguish what they described as a "small electrical fire." The cause has not yet been released.
As a reminder, the Capitol subway is used to safely transport members of parliament, their staff, and VIP guests between government buildings.

Les metros US c'est vraiment le moyen âge devant ceux de la China
Il y a de très grandes disparités entre les différentes villes des US: le métro de DC est bien supérieur à celui de New York, par example.
