Affaire Aziz Dabala : Nabou Lèye de nouveau convoquée
In its Saturday edition, Libération reveals that Nabou Lèye is expected to appear before the investigating judge on Monday. Already charged in the Pikine-Technopole double murder case (Aziz Dabala and Waly) and currently out on bail, the dancer finds herself once again embroiled in controversy following explosive revelations by Mamadou Lamine Diaw, alias Modou Lô.
A crucial confrontation
The judge of the first chamber of Pikine-Guédiawaye has ordered a general confrontation. This Monday, Nabou Lèye will face her main accuser, brought from prison for the occasion, as well as the singer Tarba Mbaye, recently intercepted at Blaise Diagne International Airport (AIBD) while attempting to leave the country. The aim is to compare the now radically opposed accounts of the various parties involved.
Modou Lô's shocking revelations
Charged with murder with acts of barbarity, Mamadou Lamine Diaw made a dramatic about-face during his preliminary hearing. While he initially pleaded panic, he now claims to have acted on orders, providing chilling details about the motive and execution:
The motive for the blackmail : the double crime would have its origin in a compromising “Lomotif” that Aziz Dabala held on Tarba Mbaye and Nabou Lèye, blackmailing them on this basis.
The plot : an initial plan to trap Aziz Dabala (by filming him without his knowledge during a sexual encounter with the suspect) having failed, a meeting was allegedly organized to decide on his "elimination".
A three-way execution : Modou Lô maintains that Tarba Mbaye and Nabou Lèye were present at the scene of the crime. Even more seriously, he claims that Tarba Mbaye "finished off" Aziz Dabala, while Nabou Lèye took care of Waly.
Financial betrayal : The suspect claims he was supposed to receive 2 million CFA francs for this mission, but only received 500,000 CFA francs from Nabou Lèye. It was this feeling of betrayal that allegedly drove him to "spill the beans" to the magistrate.
Already, Me Alioune Badara Fall, Tarba Mbaye's lawyer, assures in the newspaper columns that "the telephone requisitions have completely exonerated [his] client".

Que justice soit faite mais pourquoi croire ces jeunes hommes ? Un délinquants n'est foncièrement pas d'une grande honnêteté...donc l'enquête me paraît bizarre.
