Affaire Pape Cheikh Diallo : Kader Dia et deux journalistes envoyés en prison
Presented before the investigating judge of the first chamber at the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court, columnist Kader Dia and journalists Ousmane Kadior Cissé and Pape Gaye Tall learned their fate. According to exclusive information obtained by Seneweb, the accused were remanded in custody by the investigating magistrate.
The trio had been arrested by the Keur Massar Research Brigade (BR) as part of a judicial delegation ordered in the case involving the presenter Pape Cheikh Diallo and associates.
The charges against them are particularly serious. They are being prosecuted for conspiracy, unnatural acts, and the intentional transmission of HIV/AIDS. This case, which has shaken the media world, is now in the hands of the investigating magistrate for further proceedings.
