Affaire Pierre Robert : aveux glaçants sur le projet de « Centre de formation au sexe » à Dakar
The investigation opened in Dakar into the case of Pierre Robert, the French national arrested in Beauvais last April, has taken a major turn. Following a complex judicial inquiry, the senior investigating judge has issued 14 arrest warrants, confirming the existence of an organization with far-reaching and sordid connections.
In this vast case of child sexual abuse and human trafficking, the main suspect ran a structured network between 2015 and 2025 that recruited vulnerable children (aged 3 to 15) – street children, children from very poor families, or talibés (Quranic students) – for sexual exploitation. He relied on local accomplices known as "sex trainers," who were responsible for recruiting the minors, abusing them, filming the acts, and sending the videos, Libération revealed in its Wednesday edition.
Among the local members of the network, the profile of Amath Lô, arrested in Almadies, is particularly striking. Openly presenting himself as Pierre Robert's "wife," he lived in a luxurious apartment entirely financed by "the boss." He was apprehended along with seven young boys "taken in" by the network. According to his statements, reported by the newspaper, Pierre Robert regularly asked him for intimate videos in exchange for payment. Discovered by his father, Amath Lô was evicted from the family home. He claims he was then taken in by Pierre Robert, who allegedly found him accommodation first in Keur Massar and then in Yoff.
In January 2024, during a stay by Pierre Robert in Senegal, they allegedly had sexual relations in Saly, followed by other encounters, knowing that he was HIV/AIDS positive. Pierre Robert then allegedly rented him an apartment in Almadies and paid him a monthly sum between 100,000 and 150,000 CFA francs. "Mobile phones and various items related to sexuality, including tubes of lubricant, condoms, two sex toys, empty boxes of HIV medication, and also a health card which Amath Lô claimed to own," were seized during the search.
"Pierre Robert gave his instructions and demanded photos of sodomized children."
While Amath Lô managed the "staging" aspect of the events in Almadies, Babacar Diallo (arrested in Kaolack) acted as the chief recruiter. He confessed to having "recruited" children under the age of 10 to initiate them into sex. His role was to oversee Pierre Robert's macabre project: establishing a "Sex Training Center" in Dakar.
"Easy prey"
As reported by the daily newspaper, "Birame Senghor admitted to having met Pierre Robert around 2009 when he was a student. He explained that they met by chance in the Medina neighborhood where Pierre Robert lived. Robert helped him financially with transportation to university and the purchase of meal vouchers. Ultimately, Birame Senghor said he became easy prey for Pierre Robert, to whom he could refuse nothing." He has been living with HIV for ten years.
Birame Senghor, alias “Boubacar Sweettie” (Tivaouane Peulh), is described as a regular intermediary in direct contact with the main suspect. Malick Sène Guèye, suspected of having participated in the logistics, was intercepted in Ouakam. His robes were found during a search.
Analysis of the computer equipment confirmed that an apartment in Ouakam served as the group's headquarters, where they gathered to spend what they called "good times." Investigators found evidence of regular financial transactions via Western Union, used to pay rent, gifts, and trainers' "salaries."
Pierre Robert allegedly organized meetings during his stays in Senegal in a villa in Saly where "the menu was the rape of disadvantaged young people chosen by the Frenchman himself."
The ordeal of the victims: chilling testimonies
Among the victims, young OD, 13 years old at the time, performed oral sex on his instructor, Boubacar Diallo. Diallo then sent the photo to the "boss." Other minors (WN, AD, MF) recounted how they were abused by Pierre Robert himself or handed over to guests, Libération reports.
The investigation is ongoing.
