Lutte anti-corruption : Les nouveaux membres de l'OFNAC prêtent serment le 22 décembre
The twelve new members of the National Office for the Fight Against Fraud and Corruption (OFNAC) are preparing to officially take office. They will be sworn in on Monday, December 22, during a formal hearing before the Court of Appeal. The ceremony is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. in courtroom 4 of the Palace of Justice.
These 12 members were recently appointed by the President of the Republic. The new office will be headed by Magistrate Moustapha Ka, assisted by Birahime Seck, a member of civil society, in the position of Vice-President.
The new OFNAC membership board is composed of a diverse range of experienced profiles, including magistrates, associate professors from law faculties, members of civil society and experts.
