Affaire Me Amadou Sall, convocation d’avocats à la Dic : La réaction vigoureuse de l’ordre des avocats
On Tuesday night, El Hadj Amadou Sall, who wanted to assist his client Maïmouna Ndour Faye, was prevented from doing so. The gendarmerie even asked him to take a breathalyzer test beforehand. The Senegalese Bar Association, which has just reacted to the matter, "denounces and condemns in the strongest possible terms this serious and intolerable attack on the dignity of lawyers, the rights of the defense, and, more generally, on the law and the rule of law."
In its press release, the Council reiterates that Article 9 of the Constitution of Senegal enshrines the absolute right to a defense in all states and at all stages of proceedings. Furthermore, according to Article 5 of Regulation No. 05/CM/UEMOA, lawyers assist their clients from the moment of their arrest, throughout the preliminary investigation, at police or gendarmerie stations, or before the prosecutor's office.
The Senegal Bar Association emphasizes that this "unacceptable and degrading treatment of Mr. El Hadji Amadou Sall comes on top of an equally flagrant violation of the law committed, once again, by officers and agents of the judicial police, in other words, the defense and security forces, namely, the recent summons of lawyers by the Criminal Investigations Division, in complete violation of Article 6 of the aforementioned Regulation."
Therefore, faced with these acts, which it considers "serious and worrying abuses," the Senegalese Bar Association calls for the scrupulous respect of the rights of the defense by public authorities. It also demands the immediate and definitive cessation of all obstruction to the practice of law in Senegal and to the rights and freedoms guaranteed by law.

Regardez l exemple d hier avec la TFM , cette prostituée directrice de TDS a ignoraient coupé le signal de TFM alors que TFM n'a rien à voir avec RFM. Comme qu elle ne pouvait ps coupé le signal de Rfm,ce n est pas son domaine,elle coupé tfm
