Fraude à l'état civil à la United Académie : Cheikh Mbengue placé sous contrôle judiciaire
Brought before the Dakar urban security forces two days ago, former international footballer Cheikh Sidy Bouya Mbengue and young footballer Cheikh Ndiaye were finally released and placed under judicial supervision.
Our sources indicate that the case has been assigned to the investigating judge of the district court. The investigating magistrate has charged them with conspiracy and complicity in forgery and use of forged administrative documents. The accused were represented by attorney Mame Coumba Kane. A judicial investigation is underway.
Also implicated in this case of trafficking in fake civil status documents, Isa known as "Bakary Diallo" and Moussa Mbaye are actively being sought.
