Tribunal de Dakar : Le procès Sidiki Diabaté contre Cheikhna Nimaga renvoyé
The trial between Malian artist Sidiki Diabaté and defendant Cheikhna Nimaga has been postponed to December 16, 2025, by the Dakar Magistrates' Court. The hearing was originally scheduled for December 9, 2025.
The adjournment was granted following a request from the lawyer for the civil party, Mr. Antoine Mbegue.
Cheikhna Nimaga, who has been in pretrial detention since December 5, 2025, is being prosecuted for making offensive remarks and extorting money from an artist. He is represented by attorney Aby Nar Ndiaye.
