Contentieux entre Aziz Ndiaye et Awa Baldé : Révélation sur la décision du procureur financier

She's not giving up. Socialite Awa Baldé continues to demand what she's owed from businessman Aziz Ndiaye, even though the case has already been dismissed by the financial prosecutor. Seneweb has learned more about the proceedings.

In this case, Awa Baldé, through her lawyer Ousseynou Ngom, filed a complaint with the Financial Judicial Pool (PJF) against businessmen Aziz Ndiaye and Elimane Lam. The case concerns a plot of land located in Ngaparou that her ex-husband had given to her.

The head of the financial prosecutor's office had thus entrusted the investigation to the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC). According to our information, the investigators interviewed all parties, as recorded in report no. 1284/DIC/BEF dated November 25, 2025.

Confirming the terms of her complaint, the plaintiff, Awa Baldé, stated that she sold the land located in Ngaparou to Aziz Ndiaye, who was developing a real estate project. The two parties had agreed on a price of 50 million CFA francs. A down payment of 25 million CFA francs was allegedly paid to her. Awa Baldé explained that she accepted the transaction because of Elimane Lam, but maintains that she never received the remaining balance.

When questioned, businessman Aziz Ndiaye denied the allegations against him. He claimed to have paid the full amount and provided investigators with documents, including a sales agreement dated 2018 and receipts confirming payment of the total amount, signed by both himself and the complainant. However, two years after the sale, Awa Baldé returned to contest it.

When questioned, Elimane Lam also declined all responsibility, maintaining that he was not involved in the transaction.

A confrontation was organized, at the end of which each party maintained its version of events.

The investigation was subsequently closed and the case file forwarded to the financial prosecutor's office as a preliminary inquiry. After review, the prosecutor's office determined that no criminal offense had been established and dismissed the case. Awa Baldé was summoned to the DIC (Criminal Investigation Division) to be notified of this decision.

However, she is pursuing the matter again with a direct summons to the Dakar Criminal Court. She is demanding 475 million CFA francs in damages from Aziz Ndiaye for all types of harm. The trial is scheduled for February 26, 2026.

Aziz ne laisse pas ton nom traîner dans la boue comme ça. Awa a sûrement besoin d’argent car elle est fauchée. Donne lui 10 millions et ferme ce chapitre définitivement sinon elle va pas te lacher
