Immeubles, villas, voitures… : la liste des biens de Madiambal Diagne saisis
The president of the College of Investigating Judges of the Financial Judicial Pool (PJF), Idrissa Diarra, by judicial delegation, asked the DIC to seize the movable and immovable property as well as the bank accounts of Madiambal Diagne, his wife, Mabinta Diaby, and his sons Mouhamed and Serigne Saliou. The targets, according to L'Observateur, which provides the information, are a villa in the Djily Mbaye estate, a three-story building located in the Batrain estate, another erected in Yoff virage and a third of sixteen levels (in completion) placed on the road to the Renaissance Monument, at the level of the Corniche-Ouest.
The DIC is also asked, L'Observateur continues, "to send a requisition to the CBAO, NSIA Bank and UBA to produce the bank statements of the accounts opened in the name of Mrs. Mabinta Diaby or in the name of her company Bee Ingenierie, whose manager is Mouhamed Diagne, and to proceed with the seizure of Mrs. Mabinta Diaby's Mercedes."
Judge Diarra also asked the investigators "to consider any action whose initiative [is] left to them on the sole condition of its interest in the present judicial delegation."
Madiambal Diagne is the subject of an international arrest warrant. He fled to France despite being subject to a travel ban, which he claims he never received. Along with his wife and two children, who were arrested after his departure, the journalist is being prosecuted for criminal conspiracy, fraud involving public funds, and money laundering committed by an organized criminal group and through the use of facilities provided by the exercise of a professional activity.
These accusations stem from a CENTIF report that traces dubious transactions relating to a contract linked to a program to modernize and build justice infrastructure worth 250 billion CFA francs.

Il n'y a pas de Justice au Sénégal. Si vous prenez la décision d'investir votre argent au Sénégal, sachez que ce pays entre dans une période d'instabilité pendant les deux prochaines années qui reste à ce régime de fasciste.

Il est triste de voir comment ces gens et les demeurés qui les supportent sont aigris. Ils jouissent du malheur des autres. Tous des ratés et des frustrés de la vie pour qui réussits égale vol!! Est ce que les biens du petit monsieur avaient été saisis quand il était parti se barricader à ziguinchor? n'avait il pas été jugé par contumance? De toute façon 2029 n'est pas loin!
Le seul moyen d'amortir les sommes colossales détournées.

Rapport Centif et hop on saisit tes comptes et tes biens sans aucun jugement. CENTIF mo remplacé CREI comme outil de Reglement de Comptes Politiques. il n’y a pas de présomption d’innocence. CENTIF accuse, la Police alpague, le PJF saisit les biens, ONRAC vend les biens, et le Parquet fait emprisonner en attendant un procès d’ici 3ans ou 5ans. Quel beau pays de droit !
