Madiambal Diagne : « J’apporterai à la Justice toutes les pièces justificatives de mes prestations »
After a first release recounting the adventures of his trip to France despite a ban on leaving the country, Madiambal Diagne launches the offensive against what he considers a political plot hatched by the new regime. From France, where he has taken refuge, the head of the Avenir Communication Group reveals the details of his legal case, promising to provide "supporting documents" that exonerate him. A manhunt for Madiambal and a supposed link with Macky Sall
A judicial investigation has been opened, accusing me in particular of fraud involving public funds. It should be noted:
1. I have not signed any contract with any public entity for any mission
2. I have not participated in any negotiation of any public procurement contract
3. No money from the Treasury has been transferred into any of my bank accounts.
Sci Pharaon, a company founded in 2016 and of which I am the manager and main shareholder, and in whose capital I have given shares to members of my family, signed a commercial contract with a private French company, Ellipse Projects, in 2020, for assistance in project management and the execution of technical works within the framework of a contract won by Ellipse Projects. Sci Pharaon thus finds itself a subcontractor, like fifty other Senegalese companies in this market. The payments received were not paid abroad, much less in tax havens. The commercial contract was deposited with Senegalese banks as would not have been the case, had there been the slightest idea of cheating. Thus, all payments were regularly made through these local banks, on the basis of duly paid invoices, and all relevant justifications made. Nothing more banal than that! Never has the slightest banking incident or suspicion of any kind been raised during more than four good years of work carried out by technical teams, having all the necessary good references. The judicial investigation will allow us to provide tangible proof of the work carried out, to the satisfaction of our client Ellipse Projects, as well as the various sums disbursed.
However, this procedure is only judicial in name. It is a political operation aimed at destabilizing and bringing down one or more real or perceived political adversaries. It is an open secret in Senegal that the Pastef regime, headed by its warlord Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko, is determined, at all costs, to cut off Madiambal Diagne's head and seek an alleged link with former President Macky Sall, to settle who knows what political or personal scores.
Judge for yourself! Ousmane Sonko's appointed and personal lawyer, Me Ciré Clédor Ly, has been Ellipse Projects' lead lawyer in Senegal since June 2024, just two months after Ousmane Sonko was installed as Prime Minister of Senegal. During one of his trips to Senegal in September 2024, Olivier Picard, the head of Ellipse Projects, was taken by Me Ciré Clédor Ly to an audience with the Prime Minister. The lawyer introduced Olivier Picard with a word full of gratitude: " This man saved my life! He's someone you can count on ," he told the Prime Minister. Indeed, Olivier Picard fully covered the lawyer's major medical operations at the American Hospital of Neuilly in Paris.
After his audience with the Prime Minister, Mr. Picard warned me, confiding that: "The least we can say is that the Prime Minister does not like you and Macky Sall. He wanted to know your level of involvement in the project, as well as that of Macky Sall. But I told him the strict truth, specifying that your company is one of the fifty Senegalese subcontractors and that the work entrusted to you is being carried out properly. As for Macky Sall, I made it clear to him that he played no role in this operation. But in any case, be careful, he is mad at you ." Ousmane Sonko had nevertheless promised him to see how to settle overdue invoices, amounting to more than 50 billion CFA francs, already owed by the State of Senegal to Ellipse Projects. Today, the government's payment delays to Ellipse Projects are estimated at 75 billion francs, and the French company is reportedly considering taking legal action in Geneva against the Senegalese government. Are they stirring up trouble to avoid international default proceedings?
In mid-September 2025, during a dinner with Olivier Picard in Paris, Me Ciré Clédor Ly told him that a Centif report had been commissioned and that the Prosecutor of the Financial Division had already contacted the President of the Instruction Commission, with a view to indicting Madiambal Diagne, his wife and one of his sons. Me Ciré Clédor Ly made it clear that: "Ellipse is certainly mentioned in the prosecution's indictment, but in reality, it is not Ellipse that we are looking for, but Madiambal and a link with Macky Sall ." Olivier Picard immediately warned me to prepare for this prospect. Now the investigation has been launched, in the circumstances that we know. On Thursday, October 2, 2025, Olivier Picard and Me Ciré Clédor Ly were to have dinner, again face to face in Paris, to take stock of the case. The dinner had to be canceled, especially since this surprising rapprochement, carrying a major conflict of interest, is causing a stir. In this time of widespread suspicion, what proof is there that the Senegalese lawyer didn't also benefit from embezzlement?
Who does not see that this matter is purely political?
Once again, I will provide the courts with all the supporting documents for my services and the effectiveness of their achievements, according to the highest professional standards. But in any case, I am resolutely determined to respond to a political conspiracy, to fight. The manhunt has led to the imprisonment of my wife, children, and a close friend. To top it all off, a seizure operation is underway against my assets, built up over more than thirty years of work. There is talk of seizing everything, including numerous assets acquired since 2000, 2003, and 2009, even before the creation of Sci Pharaon and, therefore, before any working relationship with Ellipse Projects. The fight is not without perils; quite the contrary, it is fraught with danger for me and my loved ones. I understand the gravity of the situation, and all measures have already been taken to ensure that the Senegalese and the entire world know what there will be to know, even in the event of my physical liquidation. For many years, I have been warning in vain about the danger that Ousmane Sonko represents for civil peace and national security in Senegal.

Oui tu es akke en France pour fabriquer des preuves apres avoir bien sure lu toute l'accusation (notre justice est corrompu) mais il y a bien d'autre dossiers plus grave contre toi.

La justice est libre au Sénégal .va raconter ton charabia au juge.si tu es innocent ,ils ne pourront pas te condamner si tu es innoncent..

C'est normal que Sonko se renseigne sur le sous-traitant D'Ellipse projects Pharaon et sur Macky Sall le parain de la mafia pour savoir pourquoi .C'est logique.
Tu as passé ta vie à faire chanter Wade et Macky mais Sonko te dit NIET et c'est tout ton empire machiavélique qui s'écroule comme un château de cartes. Tes combines et magouilles ne marchent plus, c'est terminé, game over.

Tu as bien fait de partir,car la mauvaise jurisprudence fait qu'on vous accusé de quelques choses de fallacieux puis ,on vous met en instruction pour vous oublier en prison(lat diop,tahirou,farta,Samuel ,abdou nguer,badara etc),et on cherche ma petite bête sur des points qui n'ont rien à voir avec votre mise en instruction.
Quand ,ils seront clairs sur ce qu'ils te reprochent,mets toutes tes preuves dans le domaine public avant de venir,car quand tu seras en instruction ,ni toi,ni tes avocats ne pourront communiquer sur le fond du dossier.
Tous ces vorificateurs ne sont que des loosers méchants et jaloux .

Apparemment, il connaît le dossier mieux que le PJF. Dois je rappeller que ce quidam ne fait l'objet d'aucune poursuite et selon ses dires il n'aurait même pas reçu de convocation.
Pourquoi cette course à grande enjambées ?
