« Oubi », « photos nues » et... : Nouvelles révélations sur Ndiaga Seck
As exclusively reported by Seneweb , Ndiaga Seck, 51, an accountant by profession, was arrested and taken into custody on Friday at the Linguère police station. His arrest was carried out as part of a judicial investigation by the judge of the first chamber of Louga, who is handling a large case in which 22 suspects are already detained.
The accused are being prosecuted for criminal association, sexual harassment, incitement to debauchery, collection of pornographic data, distribution of pornographic images, endangering the lives of others, intentional transmission of HIV/AIDS and unnatural acts.
The same source reports that, following a referral from the Linguère police station, the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) conducted a search that led to the accountant's residence in Keur Massar, in the Petrosen neighborhood. Ndiaga Seck was apprehended there shortly before 2:00 PM while he was in the midst of preparations for his departure to Mecca. His trip was already jeopardized, however, as he was subject to a travel ban. After undergoing a preliminary identification procedure, as is standard practice at DIC headquarters, he was transferred to Linguère for questioning.
Dia's big reveal
Ndiaga Seck was swayed by the testimony of Ahmadou Lamine Dia , 49, who claimed to be an agent of the CSE. Previously implicated by his alleged partners (Amadou Niang, Allé Daff and Mbaba Gningue), Dia, during his interrogation under police custody, had "emptied the contents of his phone" and revealed his "Yoss" tendencies, Libération reports.
When questioned by investigators, Ndiaga Seck detailed his "initiation" by a Cape Verdean man of mixed race named Rodriguez. He also directly named the accountant with whom he claims to have had "several sexual encounters" in Dakar before losing contact. Going further, he showed "nude photos" from his device, as well as "about fifty explicit messages from their conversations." Dia described the accountant as one of his "Oubi," meaning a woman in a homosexual relationship, the newspaper adds.
Worse still, Dia, who tested positive for HIV, also informed investigators that he had "contracted the disease in 2013." Faced with this very detailed testimony and this material evidence, Libération indicates that it is now up to Ndiaga Seck "to provide answers to these technical elements," especially since "the examination of his phone is also being considered."
