PFJ : Le forum du justiciable appelle au respect de la présomption d’innocence
In the face of the ongoing legal cases being brought by the financial judicial pool, the Forum du liticiable (FJ) has reiterated the need to respect the rights of individuals.
"Every individual has the right to respect for their good reputation and dignity. Under the right to personality, the individual must be considered innocent until proven guilty by a court decision made in accordance with the substantive and formal conditions provided for by law," Babacar Ba et Cie said in a statement sent to Seneweb on Thursday, September 25, 2025.
They inform that the public has the right to be informed about the handling of legal cases, because justice is rendered in the name of the people who must know how it is administered by their representatives.
"However, the exercise of these freedoms must stop at the door of the immutable rights of the individual to avoid any unjustified infringement of interests, freedom, privacy, honor, in short, all subjective rights guaranteed by the laws in force," states the FJ.
"Therefore," continues the Forum du liticiable, "we should avoid making comments or legal reports tending to consider the alleged perpetrator of the offense as the real culprit of the facts, the object of the proceedings."
In this regard, he calls for respect for the presumption of innocence of those cited in reports by supervisory bodies or in cases under investigation. "Let the justice system do its job," the statement reads.

Mais vous savez très bien que le temps de manipulation de la justice est révolu.
Courage !
