Condamné à 2 mois ferme : L'ancien député Bougazelli placé en garde à vue par la SU de Guédiawaye pour une autre affaire
Former APR MP Seydina Fall, alias "Bougazelli," is not out of the woods yet. Recently sentenced to two months in prison in a real estate fraud case estimated at nearly two million CFA francs, the real estate agent was taken from his cell by the urban security unit of the Guédiawaye central police station, according to Seneweb sources.
A new complaint for breach of trust
He is now facing new legal proceedings. Indeed, on December 11th, Ms. A. Sall filed a complaint with the head of the Guédiawaye police station against him and the broker, Mr. Ndiaye, for breach of trust. In her statement, the complainant declared that she had spoken with the broker about renting an apartment belonging to a man named Bougazelli.
Thus, Seydina Fall, after agreeing to the lease, received 370,000 CFA francs in November 2025 in exchange for a receipt. He had promised to deliver the premises shortly, but to no avail.
After his extraction from prison, the former MP was placed in police custody following advice from prosecutor Saliou Dicko, head of the Pikine-Guédiawaye prosecutor's office.
This new case illustrates the growing legal difficulties faced by the former parliamentarian in the real estate sector.
