Plainte du chanteur Sidiki Diabaté : Le Général Chico 223 arrêté par la BR de Faidherbe
Malian singer Sidiki Diabaté has filed a lawsuit against his compatriot Cheikhna Nimaga, also known as "General Chico 223," a 25-year-old influencer living in Senegal. Nimaga is being sued for public insults via a computer system and defamation.
Following this complaint, the businessman and famous tik-toker, better known by the pseudonym "General Chico 223", was arrested and then taken into custody by the gendarmes of the Faidherbe research brigade of the Dakar company, according to exclusive information from Seneweb.
According to the report, influencer Chico has been dedicating his late-night live streams for some time to repeatedly mentioning singer-songwriter Sidiki Diabaté. These repeated attacks stem from personal disagreements between the two men.
From admirer to detractor
The facts reveal that Cheikhna Nimaga was once a staunch supporter of the singer nicknamed "the little prince of the kora." However, following a falling out between the two men, the situation changed drastically. Cheikhna Nimaga gradually distanced himself from the artist. Subsequently, he began hosting live streams almost every night, during which he hurled insults at Sidiki Diabaté and accused him of having relationships with married women.
According to Sidiki Diabaté, these repeated accusations have had detrimental consequences for his career. He claims to have lost some professional contracts as well as friendships. The singer also maintains that Cheikhna Nimaga's allegations that he had relationships with most of his friends' partners have seriously damaged his reputation and public image.
Influencer General Chico 223 is in police custody at the Faidherbe BR (Brigade de Recherches - Research Brigade). The investigation is ongoing.

Avec cette arrestation on comprend maintenant pourquoi Sidiki faisait les éloges du PM et du Sénégal. Libérez ce garçon, sous le sceau de la liberté d’expression! Imaginez que le Canada fît pareil avec Mollah sous Macky qui passait son temps à insulter et à calomnier Macky et son épouse ou que la France en fît pareil avec Akhénaton? La liberté d’expression dispose d’une garantie constitutionnelle au Sénégal au même titre que le droit à la résistance que théorisaient les dignitaires du régime actuel.

Tu mens comme tu respires. Tu ne connais rien en matière de justice. Pour toi il suffit que quelqu'un tousse au Sénégal pour dire que c'est Ousmane sonko. En ce qui concerne Mollah Morgan le Canada en tant que état n'a rien à voir avec des insultes de Mollah. Par contre si Macky Sall décidait de porter plainte contre Mollah ce dernier serait traduit en justice au Canada.
