Tribunal de Dakar : La voyante Aïssatou Diop risque gros

Clairvoyant Aïssatou Diop (53 years old) faces a sentence of two years, including three months of imprisonment, and a fine of 100,000 CFA francs. The defendant appeared this Friday before the Dakar Magistrates' Court. She is being prosecuted for offenses including obscene language, incitement to commit a crime, threats of violence, and assault. The plaintiff is Modou Yade, the ex-husband of the missing Lissa Tine.

In a live broadcast on TikTok, Aïssatou Diop called for Modou Yade's life to be taken. She declared that he had no right to freedom because, she said, Modou Yade had made his wife, Lissa Tine, disappear.

In court, Ms. Aïssatou Diop expressed regret for her remarks, offering her apologies to the plaintiff, who granted her forgiveness. "She's my mother. I forgive her. Besides, I just saw her video," declared Modou Yade.

The judge reprimanded the defendant, urging her to let justice take its course in the Lissa Tine case.

The lawyer for the plaintiff, Khady Seye Diallo, reminded the court that the case stems from her client's release. Modou Yade spent two years in detention before the investigating judge granted him provisional release. Since then, he has been the target of attacks on social media.

In his observations, the public prosecutor concluded that the defendant is guilty on all counts.

The defense team, led by lawyers Abdoul Daff and Youssoufa Camara, requested leniency from the Court, which adjourned the case until November 3, 2025.

En tout cas le problème de Lissa préoccupe tout le monde, on attend la la police scientifique et la justice pour élucider ce mystère...Personne ne peut comprendre cette situation.
La police sénégalaise a résolu des cas beaucoup plus compliqués
