Tribunal : L'affaire Omar Dramé - Marième Soda Ndiaye renvoyée
The defamation case between Omar Dramé, coordinator of the Interministerial Collective of Senegalese Administration Agents (CIAAS), and Maréme Soda Ndiaye, director general of the Food Security and Resilience Commission (CSAR), has been postponed until December 10, 2025. The case was heard this Wednesday before the Dakar Criminal Court.
In a text published on February 16, 2025, Omar Dramé denounced the dismissal, which he considered unfair, of 10 CSAR agents, including 8 women, all holding permanent contracts. According to the CIAAS coordinator, these workers, some of whom held positions of responsibility, were dismissed under questionable conditions.
Following these statements, the management filed a complaint for defamation.
