And when things are going well, we tell each other too. That’s how we move forward together and grow,” he explained. Beyond the technical or strategic aspects, Inoxtag emphasized the human dimension and personal development. "I see the team as an adventure. We're all together, we're on our boat. If someone needs freedom or specific conditions to work well, I respect that. I want everyone to enjoy what they do," he explained, emphasizing the importance of a caring and motivating work environment.

    Une nouvelle définition de la nature de l'équipe professionnelle se dessine avec une génération Z qui fera l'avenir, que dis je, qui est déjà en train de faire le présent. Redessinant les types de relations professionnelles. L'hierarchie existe toujours mais de manière plus diffuse et moins corsetée et pyramidale. Mais plus transversale.

    L'inquiétude est que sous nos tropiques on semble en retard de ce décollage. Encore cloisonnés dans des schémas dépassés.
