RTS : Pape Alé Niang double la mise
After the rain comes the sunshine? At RTS, the recent discontent among workers seems to have been put on hold, or even consigned to oblivion for a long time. After publicly responding to some of his staff who were expressing their dissatisfaction and criticizing his management, the director general of the public television station, Pape Alé Niang, took two decisive steps that will clearly reassure his colleagues and ease the social climate.
He first addressed the issue of settling part of the company's debts, which, according to his figures, have amounted to 29.6 billion CFA francs since 2014. During his New Year's address to staff, he announced a strategic development plan for 2026-2028. "This plan, which was developed inclusively, will be supported by a marketing strategy plan, a training plan, and a recruitment plan," announced Pape Alé Niang, as reported by Libération.
The first year of implementation of the plan "will be one of consolidating the social policy [of RTS]." "Strengthening the capacities of our employees, good collaboration with social partners and social support remain our priorities," he promises.
Pape Alé Niang emphasized: "Our challenges for 2026 can be summarized as the development of our programs across all our media (television, radio, digital), and the proper handling of the concerns of the women and men who work in the company directly or indirectly; but the greatest challenge remains that of a fluid, frank, fair and transparent collaboration."

comme il ne peut plus cacher le rapport, il manipule. le proces sera tenu et sonko na meme pas besoin de se presenter sil le veut. le rapport, les avocats et la declaration suffisent. dans ún proces de diffamation la presence nest pas obligatoire
