Nouveau gouvernement : Furibond, le Collectif des Féministes lâche un massage qui va faire parler !
The Senegalese Feminist Collective has expressed its dissatisfaction with the announcement of the new government, in which only five women hold ministerial positions. In a scathing tweet published this morning, the collective quipped: "Only 5 women in the government... Wow, what a revolution! Parity, however, will have to wait until the next century."
Beyond the message, the Collective posted a photo with explicit content to express its fury.
This reaction follows the cabinet reshuffle unveiled on Sunday, which, despite the hopes raised by the Economic and Social Recovery Plan, did not mark any significant progress in terms of gender equality.
