The daily newspaper of the Future Media Group (Gfm) indicates that the case of Mame Ndiaye Savon is nothing exceptional. The proof, the same source points out, is that from Biggy and Sira to Mia Guissé and No Face, Viviane and Aby Ndour, via Racky Aïdara, Clara, Dabaye Bar or Mbathio Ndiaye, disputes between public figures are now settled through live broadcasts, stories or voice notes broadcast on the web. Private exchanges become spectacles, words hurt more than facts, and some cases even end up in court.
The sociologist's perspective
For sociologist Abdou Khadre Sanogo, interviewed by L'Observateur, this phenomenon goes far beyond a simple passing fad. According to him, social media has become "highways for exacerbating certain deep-rooted flaws" in Senegalese individuals, contributing to a worrying widespread awareness of private conflicts.
The speaker in the Gfm interview speaks of a veritable "crisis in public education," where the line between private life and public space is dangerously blurred. "As soon as we speak in public without controlling ourselves, there is no longer any secrecy or privacy," he warns.
For the specialist, these excesses, if left unchecked, risk destroying family, marital, and friendship ties. He concludes bluntly: "As long as there is no regulation of public action on social media, society will always be on the verge of disaster."

Ce mame ndiaye savon a des problèmes psychiques depuis qu’elle est devenu célèbre sur tiktok. Heureusement je n’ai pas tiktok pour suivre ces conneries . Là-bas tout le monde se permet de te donner des conseils même le charretier qui ne s’est pas encore lavé le visage. Ceux qui republient ces conneries sur whatsapp je vais finir par porter plainte
