While the Minister of Infrastructure, Land and Air Transport, Déthié Fall, is making numerous field visits, particularly to inspect the progress of construction sites on the Kédougou–Saraya–Massala axis, Alioune Tine wanted to shed light on the expected stance at the top of the State.
The founder of Afrikajom Center first paid tribute to the authority's commitment, praising "the energy, the approach, and above all the rigor of the Minister of Infrastructure, who is present on all the construction sites." For Alioune Tine, these qualities confirm Déthié Fall's profile as an exceptional "design manager."
However, the human rights advocate criticized the minister regarding the nature of his sovereign responsibilities. According to him, ministerial functions "cannot be reduced to site visits, which are more suited to the profile of a National Director."

Ce que fait Dethié Fall devrait être la règle. D'ailleurs le pointage biométrique doit être installé dans tous les bâtiments administratifs. Les populations se plaignent toujours du retard du personnel et des absences un peu partout, alors que les salaires sont payés à temps. Ils sont combien ces fonctionnaires qui se débrouillent pour mener des activités parallèles pendant les heures de travail payées par l'Etat?
Il n a même pas de DAGE
C'est le bordel dans son ministère
