Assemblée nationale : Le budget 2026 du Ministère de l’Économie, du Plan et de la Coopération adopté
The 2026 budget of the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Cooperation was adopted this Saturday, December 13, 2025, in plenary session by the National Assembly.
Of the 165 registered members of parliament, 122 participated in the vote, including 21 by proxy. The text was approved by 116 votes in favor, none against, and 6 abstentions, reflecting broad consensus around the guidelines proposed by the ministerial department.
For the 2026 financial year, the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Cooperation benefits from a total allocation of 39.28 billion FCFA, both in commitment authorizations (AE) and in payment credits (CP).
This budget is divided between three major programs, reflecting the State's strategic priorities in economic governance, planning, cooperation and private sector development.
