Dialogue national : Général Pathé Seck, Mouhamadou Makhtar Cissé et Moustapha Niasse reçus au Palais

As part of the National Dialogue Day, President Bassirou Diomaye Faye received three prominent figures successively at the Palace on Tuesday morning.

According to the presidency, the Head of State first met with the former Minister of the Interior, General Pathé Seck. He then received the Inspector General of State and former minister, Mouhamadou Makhtar Cissé. The series of meetings concluded with the former President of the National Assembly, Moustapha Niasse.

These meetings, which extend the discussions held in previous days with other political, economic and social actors in the country, focused on three major areas: the country's economic situation, security issues in their contemporary dimensions and the consolidation of Senegal's democratic achievements.

On each of these topics, the three personalities delivered their analyses to Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye, who listened to them with the availability and rigor required by his position.

Finally, General Pathé Seck, Mouhamadou Makhtar Cissé and Moustapha Niasse praised the open-mindedness of the President of the Republic in the face of the current challenges.
