Djimo Souaré : “Macky Sall est le champion de l’équité territoriale”
Speaking at the National Assembly during the examination of the budget of the Ministry of Infrastructure, MP Djimo Souaré praised President Macky Sall's actions in opening up rural areas.
According to him, the programs implemented over the last decade, notably the Special Program for Rural Development (PSD), the PUDC, the PUMA, and the Promovilles, have profoundly transformed the territories, enabling major advances in access to roads, water, and electricity. He believes that these initiatives have contributed to significantly reducing geographical inequalities.
“Macky Sall is the champion of territorial equity. This is ingrained in the minds of the Senegalese,” he declared, recalling that several projects launched under the previous regime had helped to address many grievances of rural populations.
The MP nevertheless questioned the minister on the need to continue and amplify these efforts, particularly through the revival of the PSD and the creation of new programs adapted to the country's transformation objectives by 2050.

Billahi Wallahi, ce que je prie pour tous les sénégalais qui soutiennent Macky Sall c'est de continuer d'ignorer qui il est réellement. Parce que si jamais ils connaissent qui il est, à partir de ce jour leur douleur sera sans fin.
Ta haine pour Macky ne nous empêchera pas de prier pour lui . Quant à moi , tu dois être maudit de tes parents car seul un maudit peut passer toute sa vie à en vouloir à quelqu'un qui s'en fout royalement de lui puisqu'il ne connait même pas ;saches que tu aura à apporter au SEIGNEUR les preuves de toutes tes accusations contre Macky
