Électrification rurale : Thierno Alassane Sall dénonce des « irrégularités graves » et la disparition de 37 milliards FCFA
MP Thierno Alassane Sall questioned the awarding of the rural electrification contract to AEE Power EPC by ASER (Senegalese Rural Electrification Agency) during the review of the budget of the Ministry of Energy, Petroleum and Mines.
According to him, a "fictitious exemption" was used to award the contract, in violation of the legal framework for public procurement. The MP claimed that 37 billion FCFA allocated to the project had disappeared or had never been accounted for. He also denounced the fact that the majority of the villages concerned had seen neither a construction site, nor equipment, nor any sign of work.
Thierno Alassane Sall demanded the immediate cancellation of the contract, the inclusion of AEE Power EPC on the blacklist of public contracts and sanctions against those responsible involved.
He also revealed that he had filed a complaint, denouncing the alleged theft of public funds and calling for total transparency to prevent the Spanish company from benefiting from contracts in Senegal again.

Thierno Alassane est un chauffeur coeur et ça se voit dans son visage et dans ses prises de parole.
Il ne peut pas aller loin en politique. Il n’est pas apprécié des électeurs sénégalais
Ce gars doit nous expliquer pourquoi veut il un gars qui surfacture dans ce projet et de plus qui créee une société pour soutirer l'argent a son partenaire malhonnetement dans ce projet. Tout ce bruit ce n'est pas pour le Senegal mais pour son pote. Il fuit tous les débats pour clarifier ce qu'il dit mais il prefere accuser quand personne ne peut lui porter la contradiction. Il ferait mieux de se taire car il montre clairement une collusion avec un protagoniste du projet.
