Gouvernement : les trois derniers actes de Abass Fall
Former Minister of Labor, Employment, and Institutional Relations, Abass Fall, who chose to leave the government after his election as Mayor of Dakar, is passing the baton to his successors this Tuesday and next Thursday. "His successors," because his ministry was split into three branches attached to other departments during the reshuffle on Saturday, September 6.
Labor thus complements the Ministry of Civil Service and Public Service Reform, headed by Olivier Boucal. Relations with Institutions are entrusted to the Secretary of State to the Prime Minister, Marie Rose Khady Fatou Faye, who has become the government spokesperson. Employment is attached to Vocational and Technical Training, a department headed by Moustapha Ndieck Sarré.
According to Les Echos, Abass Fall will hand over his ministerial duties to the first two this Tuesday, at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively. With Sarré, the newspaper adds, the handover is scheduled for next Thursday at 10 a.m.
