1. A land base in Medina Ndiathbé
The MP questions the legality of a possible municipal decision regarding the provision of land for the construction of a sports facility. He asks whether the Médina Ndiathbé municipal council has actually made a decision and, if so, requests that the minutes be forwarded.
2. The situation of the GIGN elements
Guy Marius Sagna raises the issue of daily food allowances (PJA) for members of the National Gendarmerie Intervention Group. Amid disagreements over the actual budget and difficulties in providing support, he wants to know: what is the exact amount of the budget; whether only lunches are provided; whether members mobilized for the security escort receive a bonus; and whether the gendarmes actually received a special bonus from Tabaski.
3. State examinations in hotel, catering and tourism
The MP also denounced the delay in organizing state exams for vocational training students. He linked this situation to the non-payment of examiners' and juries' allowances for three years (2022-2024) and asked the government when these arrears would be settled.
4. Customs control at Semmé
He also questioned the Minister of Finance about an incident that occurred on August 26, 2025, in Semmé, where a citizen was allegedly asked for a "declaration paper" despite presenting valid invoices. The MP questions the legality of this customs requirement.
5. Use of hybrid seeds and urea 46
In a plea for public health and agricultural sovereignty, GMS warns of the risks associated with hybrid seeds coated with chemicals (thiram, thiamethoxam, metalaxyl, etc.) and the massive use of urea 46. It asks the government to clarify whether these toxic products are being distributed; their health consequences (cancers, infertility, damaged DNA, etc.) and whether certain hybrids are not in reality disguised GMOs.
6. National high schools armed for quality and equity (LYNAQE)
Guy Marius Sagna draws attention to the dysfunctions of these educational establishments, in particular the absence of a creation decree and regulatory framework, the absence of textbooks, works on the curriculum and educational resources, the faulty Internet and the underused laboratories, due to a lack of teacher training.
7. The case of the Bignona farmers
Finally, the MP denounced the situation of around twenty Bignona producers who, since February 2025, have been waiting for the horticultural fertilizer paid for by the Agricultural Bank. He demanded an explanation and called for prompt delivery of the inputs or the reimbursement of the amounts paid.
