Justice, transparence et reddition des comptes : les instructions du président Bassirou Diomaye Faye

President Bassirou Diomaye Faye reaffirmed on Wednesday, during the Council of Ministers meeting, his commitment to strengthening justice, transparency in public governance, and systematic accountability. He commended the progress already made, including the audit of public finances, the publication of the "Senegal 2050" Vision, and the development of the Masterplan, the National Development Strategy, the New Deal for Technology, and the sectoral national consultations.

According to the press release from the Council of Ministers, the Head of State asked the government to accelerate the execution of the Economic and Social Recovery Plan (PRES), the implementation of new agricultural and industrial policies, the development of the social and solidarity economy, as well as the regulation of prices in the markets.

He also stressed the strengthening of social dialogue, the stability of strategic sectors and the improvement of public services, within the framework of progressive decentralization and the creation of territorial hubs.

Au soir du 31 décembre 2026, ce president avait annoncé des changements profonds dans le domaine de la justice dans les 3 mois càd fin Mars. What about that ???
