Me Sidiki Kaba : « Il importe de discuter »
Sidiki Kaba, Prime Minister from March 6 to April 3, 2024, was received in the early afternoon by President Bassirou Diomaye Faye, despite the boycott announced by his party, the APR.
At the end of the hearing, he stressed the importance of dialogue as a tool for preventing and managing crises, stating that "prevention is cheaper than cure" and calling for discussions to strengthen national cohesion and the country's development.
“Anything that contributes to strengthening national cohesion, national unity, the development of Senegal, the prosperity of the people, and ensuring a better and more equitable future for young people interests me and deserves special attention. I therefore felt it useful to respond to this call in order to contribute my analysis of the political, economic, and social situation of our country,” he said, as reported by Le Soleil.
