Ousmane Sonko persiste et signe : « Rien ne peut m’empêcher d’etre candidat »
Ousmane Sonko didn't mince words: "No one can stop me from being a candidate in the next elections, whatever type of election it is. The decision is mine," he firmly declared to his supporters. During Martyrs' Day, the PASTEF leader announced the official relaunch of his party's activities. According to him, a new phase of national mobilization is imminent.

"The PASTEF party will relaunch its activities. We will hold a congress in April and we will resume national tours," he said.
This dynamic resumption will be structured by the departmental branches. "The departments will take charge of the organization," Sonko stated, confident in his activists' ability to remobilize the ground.
The town of Guinguinéo will be the starting point for these activities. MP Ismaela Diallo has said he is ready to welcome the delegation. "We will begin in his town, Guinguinéo," confirmed Sonko, thus marking the launch of a grassroots campaign with the air of a reconquest.
