Rejet du recours de Barthélémy Dias : Pape Malick Ndour dénonce l’hypocrisie de PASTEF
Pape Malick Ndour, former Minister of Youth under President Macky Sall, reacted on Monday, August 25, 2025, to the Supreme Court's decision, which rejected the application for interim relief filed by Barthélémy Dias in the Dakar city hall case. In a post, he praised the opposition's "calm" and "silence" in the face of a decision he described as "unfavorable." "No shouts, no murmurs. It's because the opposition respects court decisions," he said, before denouncing what he considers a hypocritical attitude: "But tomorrow, if this same Supreme Court issues a decision unfavorable to the current regime, there will be shouts, murmurs, insults, and accusations."
For Ndour, this attitude illustrates a "double standard" on the part of the government. "When the justice system thwarts the opposition, it is implacable, irreproachable, and dignified. But when it says no to the government, it becomes sold out, manipulated, corrupt..." he criticizes. The former minister concludes by calling for greater consistency and respect for institutions: "True democracy is measured by the ability to accept the law, even when it is unfavorable to us."

Toujours dans la réaction et jamais dans la prise d'initiative prospective, tu me fais penser à la poule qui tourne autour des plieuses de mil pour avoir de quoi se mettre sous le bec. Agissez sur le terrain politique, mobilisez du monde, provoquez le rapport de force qui mettra PASTEF en position défensive. Sinon yobanté galgal ouboul lamb.
