Parti socialiste : Les initiateurs du manifeste « Dundal PS » dénoncent une relance « en trompe-l’œil »
Tensions are rising among the Socialists. A group of activists, who initiated the manifesto "Dundal PS - Reviving the Socialist Party," denounced, in a press release, a "culture of secrecy" that is paralyzing the party's revival. They accused the leadership of concealing the preliminary report of the Revival Commission and prioritizing power struggles over democratic debate.
According to the dissenting members of "Dundal Ps," the commission is stubbornly refusing to submit its preliminary report in writing, contenting itself with mere oral presentations. This approach, they argue, violates the directives of the National Executive Secretariat (Sen), which requires a review of the documents.
The group calls for an end to the marginalization of the grassroots and demands that the 33 conclusions for the future of the party be submitted to collective analysis.
Rejecting a "deceptive relaunch", these activists are calling for a surge of truth to save the Socialist Party from its existential crisis and restore its historical role with the people.
"A recovery plan conceived in this way would be nothing more than a facelift, without structural reform," the signatories warn, reiterating their call for constructive dialogue.
Because, they insist, "there can be no lasting remobilization without truth, nor any rebirth without the militant voice being heard."
