In an interview with L'Observateur, Mouhamed Bilal Diatta, mayor of Keur Massar Sud and a Pastef official, issued a resounding call for "profound reform" within his party, pointing to internal divisions which, according to him, "destroy collective work."
The elected official strongly affirmed his position on internal discipline, declaring: "Any person responsible who harms the image of Pastef must be punished, including me, if necessary."
This call is illustrated by the strained relations he has with his party comrade, Adama Sam, mayor of Keur Massar Nord, whom he accuses of interference. Mouhamed Bilal Diatta strongly criticized the latter's attitude, accusing him of having gone to his commune with young people to "insult and provoke" during the operations to clear out street vendors.
The contact from the daily newspaper of the Future Media Group insisted: "I have no interest in quarreling with a colleague. But the truth must be told: it is not normal for a mayor to leave his area to come to mine with young people who insult and provoke. He spoke of eviction equipment that he allegedly provided, which is false. [...]."
For the mayor, such behavior can no longer be tolerated. He insists on the need to prioritize loyalty to the political project over personal quarrels, in order to preserve Pastef's image.

Si PASTEF fait un ménage Bilal doit être parmi les ordures à dégager : cette personne qui agit et réfléchi comme un nervi n’a pas sa place sur la scène politique.
Malheureusement au sein de PASTEF ce type de comportement est une référence des gens comme lui (inculte, insolent, arrogant, violent…) en sont majoritaires.
Il n’y a pas plus indicipliné que sonko qui s’attaque publiquement au PR

Bilal, nit day xam bopam : tu peux bien réussir dans des domaines pratiques, mais tu n’as absolument pas les compétences pour parler de réformes au sein d’un parti.
