Thierno Alassane Sall : « Ils avaient promis une révolution, ils ne pensent qu’à 2029 »
MP Thierno Alassane Sall strongly criticized the current governance, believing that promises made to the people are slow to materialize, particularly in the agricultural sector.
According to him, the leaders had promised a genuine revolution in favor of the working people. However, he asserts that the difficulties faced by small producers, particularly in marketing their harvests, remain largely ignored by the authorities.
Thierno Alassane Sall believes that ensuring small producers have proper access to markets should be a priority for the government, given the central role of agriculture in the national economy and in the livelihood of many families.
“They promised the working people a revolution. It is clear that guaranteeing small producers a fair market for their harvests remains the least of their concerns,” laments TAS.
He believes, however, that the government's concerns lie elsewhere. According to him, the leaders' attention is now focused on the upcoming elections, particularly the 2029 presidential election. TAS also accuses the regime of prioritizing electoral calculations and internal rivalries over the expectations of ordinary citizens.
