APPEL D’OFFRES : ASSURANCE SANTE POUR AIMS SENEGAL
The African Institute of Mathematical Sciences in Senegal (AIMS-Senegal), based in Mbour, is launching a request for quotation for the provision of health insurance services intended to cover students, tutors and staff members for the academic year 2025-2026.
AIMS-Senegal wishes to select an insurance company for the following medical coverage:
Medical consultations and hospital care;
Prescribed medications;
Medical examinations and specialized procedures;
Emergency care and hospitalization;
And, where applicable, coverage for healthcare abroad.

Interested insurance companies are invited to submit their best offer in CFA francs (including VAT) electronically to the following address: procurement202503@aims-senegal.org
The deadline for receiving bids is set for November 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
The subject line of the email should be: “HEALTH INSURANCE – AIMS Senegal”
Any offer received after the deadline will not be considered.
