Industrie pharmaceutique et sanitaire : Après l’inspection de l’ARP, SOFTCARE fixée sur le sort de ses produits
The Senegalese Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (ARP) recently conducted an inspection visit to the SOFTCARE SN COMPANY LIMITED factory, located in Sindia. This inspection mission falls within the agency's sovereign responsibilities. The agency was established by decree no. 2022-824 and is governed by law no. 2023-06, which regulates its organization and operation.
According to an official statement from the ARP, the main objective of this inspection was to verify compliance with applicable quality and safety standards, as well as follow-up on recommendations previously made to the company. Maintaining high production standards and protecting consumer health remain constant priorities for the agency.
Following the visit and after a thorough review of all the documentation provided by SOFTCARE SN COMPANY LIMITED in response to the official correspondence from the ARP, the findings were reassuring. The inspectors notably established that expired raw materials had never been used in the production process.
On this basis, the ARP concluded that SOFTCARE products, in particular baby diapers and sanitary napkins, were compliant, deemed fit for consumption and suitable for being placed on the Senegalese market.
The ARP reaffirms its commitment to continuing its monitoring and control missions across the entire pharmaceutical and healthcare production chain. This ongoing vigilance aims to guarantee strict compliance with current regulations and ensure optimal protection of public health.

J'ai cru comprendre que cette inspection a été initiée suite à une dénonciation, Quel sera le sort réservé au dénonciateur s'il est connu?
Il leur faudra vraiment beaucoup de patience et de foi en Dieu pour s'en sortir. Il leur faudra aussi une campagne de pub pour que les populations acceptent ce produit de nouveau
A lire les deux communiqués de l'ARP, on sent une très grande légèreté et pourrait facilement préjuger de cas patent de corruption.
Il faut auditer aussi le secteur informel. Avec toutes les vendeuses de prétendus savons et cosmétiques.
Sans compter certaines gargottes et leur hygiène douteuse.
Si les grosses entreprises nous cachent de choses imaginez l'informel
Je ne comprends pas comment on n'ait pas précisé le lot défectueux.
