152 vidéos pornographiques saisies : La BR de Keur Massar démantèle un réseau de production de films X, 5 arrestations dont le réalisateur
On Monday, January 5, 2026, the Keur Massar investigation unit presented five individuals involved in a pornographic video production network to Prosecutor Saliou Dicko, head of the Pikine-Guédiawaye prosecutor's office, according to exclusive information obtained by Seneweb. The individuals are Modou Seck, a 31-year-old merchant; Ibrahima Diop, a 35-year-old basketball player; Mariama Ka, a 37-year-old merchant; Onugbu Lobth, a 30-year-old Nigerian woman; and Aissatou Cissokho, a 27-year-old Congolese woman, also a merchant. In addition, 152 pornographic videos were seized.
The investigation was launched following a tip-off about a group of individuals distributing pornographic content on online platforms. The investigation revealed that this network was filming videos in several locations in Dakar and its suburbs, featuring various participants. This network had links to Europe, where administrators of pornographic websites, particularly NANDITE.COM and NEXNA.COM , collected and made the content available to internet users.
Modou Seck, also known by the pseudonym "Papito," had established relationships with two administrators of pornographic websites based in Europe and operating under the pseudonyms "Moustapha" and "RENIWA." He had met them through Mariama Ka, a prostitute living in Thiaroye. These administrators ran the websites NANDITE.COM and NEXNA.COM respectively and covered all the costs of filming.
The network operated according to a methodical organization with a precise division of roles. Ibrahima Diop, nicknamed "Flex" and a resident of HLM 5, was responsible for directing, photo editing, and filming the videos, which he then sent to the administrators via WhatsApp in exchange for payment. Modou Seck and Mariama Ka handled the recruitment of actors and actresses, primarily targeting the sex work community and selecting bold and available individuals. They themselves participated in the filming as actors.
Other individuals completed this structure. A woman named Chacha posted ads on Instagram to recruit newcomers interested in pornography. A certain Bachir, known by the alias "FT," participated in group scenes. Oumy Ndao managed the furnished apartment that served as a filming location. Aissatou Cissokho and Onugbu Loft were among the regular actresses who frequently masked their faces during filming to avoid being recognized. Yoro Sow also contributed to the recruitment of young women.
All members of the network communicated via Instagram. Participants received payment per day of filming, usually corresponding to 30 minutes of sexual activity. According to Seneweb sources, administrators based in Europe managed the entire budget for the productions.
A meticulous infiltration operation carried out by a female police officer
To dismantle this organized crime network, the Keur Massar Criminal Investigation Brigade (BR) implemented several infiltration strategies. An intelligence agent, using a false identity, posed as a prostitute on Instagram and infiltrated the group for several weeks to gather evidence. After confirming the veracity of the information collected, the gendarmes launched manhunts for members of the network.
On Thursday, January 1, 2026, investigators took advantage of an opportunity created by Modou Seck, who had arranged a fictitious meeting for the filming of pornographic videos. He fell into the trap and was arrested. A search of his home and an examination of his mobile phone allowed the police to find 152 videos related to the alleged offenses, stored in his phone's contacts.
Modou Seck admitted to earning tens of thousands of francs as an actor and recruiter, while also promoting pornographic websites. He agreed to cooperate to facilitate the arrest of other members of the network.
This initial arrest led to the gradual apprehension of the other members. A search of Ibrahima Diop's home resulted in the seizure of two cameras, a plastic sex toy, and condoms. Analysis of his mobile phone revealed his central role in the network.
At Mariama Ka's residence, investigators found condoms, aphrodisiac pills, and massage oils. Her phone also confirmed her active involvement in the organization. Materials related to the alleged crimes were also confiscated from Onugbu Loft and Aissatou Cissokho's homes.
All the seized videos featured people of Senegalese, Congolese, and Nigerian nationalities. In these images, Modou Seck was the only person whose face was clearly visible; the women had taken the precaution of wearing balaclavas to conceal their identities.
During his hearing, Modou Seck stated that he met the administrators of the pornographic websites "Moustapha" and "RENIWA" through Aissatou Ka. He admitted to being an actor while denying being a recruiter, and then asked for leniency from the court.
Ibrahima Diop confirmed his role as a director and producer of pornographic films, while claiming to have only worked twice for "Moustapha" and "RENIWA". He also asked the court for leniency.
Mariama Ka attributed her actions to the influence of Satan and cited her financial difficulties to explain her involvement. She concluded her hearing by pleading for leniency.
Onugbu Loft admitted to being filmed during sexual encounters with Papito and other partners, but maintained that she was unaware the videos would be shared on social media. She pleaded for leniency from the court.
Aissatou Cissokho displayed a distinct attitude during her hearing. She sought to implicate Modou Seck and categorically denied the accusations against her, despite the corroborating evidence.
Following the investigation, the inquiries and verifications carried out have demonstrated that the charges against the accused are proven and indisputable. The five suspects are being prosecuted for conspiracy, pimping, collecting and distributing images of a personal nature, threats, blackmail, endangering the lives of others, and failing to possess a health certificate.
The criminal conspiracy is demonstrated by the fact that all the suspects named established a planned and ongoing collaboration with the European administrators of pornographic websites. Pimping is demonstrated by the fact that they knowingly aided, abetted, or protected the prostitution of others. The collection and distribution of personal images is evidenced by the sending of pornographic videos to website administrators from their phones and cameras.
All five suspects were presented to the public prosecutor at the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court on Monday, January 5, 2026.
The investigation continues with the aim of apprehending the other members of the network, seventeen of whom have been identified in the confiscated videos. According to the police and gendarmerie, the European administrators "Moustapha" and "RENIWA," considered the masterminds of this criminal organization, have been wanted for two years.

Nous n’occupons pas le pays. Il s’agit d’une opération d’application de la loi ».
Selon Michael G. Waltz, le couple présidentiel vénézuélien a été transféré aux États-Unis « pour répondre de ses crimes », Nicolás Maduro ayant été « inculpé par un grand jury du district sud de New York » et faisant face à « de très lourdes accusations criminelles pour son implication dans un vaste complot de narcoterrorisme, de trafic de cocaïne et d’autres drogues, ainsi que de trafic international d’armes ».
