Affaire Amadou Sall : L’opérateur économique Saliou Sylla entendu au fond
Cited in the case involving 5.5 billion CFA francs linked to Amadou Sall, son of former head of state Macky Sall, the economic operator, Saliou Sylla, was heard on the merits this Friday.
According to Seneweb, he denied the charges of criminal conspiracy and money laundering against him. He was questioned by the president of the panel of investigating judges of the Financial Judicial Pool, in the presence of prosecutor Ibrahima Faye of the financial prosecutor's office.
Saliou Sylla was remanded in custody on September 19, 2025, by the investigating judge of the 1st chamber of the Financial Judicial Pool. He was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Division along with Ibrahima Ba and Cheikh Tidiane.
