Ageroute : le DRH Cheikh Ahmed Tidiane Thiam limogé 48h après ses allégations fracassantes
The human resources director of Ageroute, Cheikh Ahmed Tidiane Thiam, has been officially dismissed for "serious misconduct," according to an internal source. This dismissal comes amid a deep crisis, just days after the HR director publicly criticized the management of the director general, Moustapha Fall.
As a reminder, during his statements last Wednesday, Cheikh Ahmed Tidiane Thiam made serious accusations regarding the lifestyle of his superiors. He notably claimed that the director general was using two V8 vehicles with a total value of 160 million CFA francs, despite decree 2021-05 abolishing company cars for directors of semi-public organizations.
The HR director had specified that one of these vehicles was used for strictly personal purposes, such as transporting the director's children to school, while a third service vehicle would be exclusively reserved for him.
