There's a new development in the case of the man found dead, hanging from a tree, this Wednesday in Bayakh. The victim was a Guinean national who had been living in the area for about three years.

According to initial investigations, the man lived with his mother in the Kognu Diola Gui neighborhood of Bayakh. She was the one who identified him at the scene of the crime. She stated that her son worked as a bricklayer and that she had noticed his absence from home since the previous night.

After the standard procedures were followed by police reports, firefighters transported the body to a hospital morgue. An investigation has been launched.
